When you expressly opt in, The Local Concierge, LLC may send text messages about quote requests, appointments, project updates, service reminders, customer care and occasional promotions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent
Consent to receive promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Consent applies only to the telephone number provided. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of that number. Automated technology may be used where permitted.
How to opt out or get help
Reply STOP to any TLC text to stop future text messages from that program. You may receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, call 346-416-7118, or email info@thelocalconcierges.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Email communications
Marketing emails will identify the sender and provide a clear way to unsubscribe. You may also request removal by emailing info@thelocalconcierges.com with “Unsubscribe” in the subject line. We will process email opt-out requests promptly and within the time required by law.
Service communications
Opting out of marketing does not prevent communications needed to answer a current inquiry, deliver contracted services, coordinate property access, address safety matters, issue invoices or provide other transactional information. You may tell us your preferred method at any time.
